Continuing the sound. tradition of creating new audiences for experimental music by drawing on the constituencies of architecture and art, Cindy Bernard invited visual artists Sam Durant and Christopher Williams to co-curate sound.
A co-founder of the AACM and member of the Art Ensemble of Chicago, Jarman brings a mastery of Aikido and Zen meditation to his work with horns, woodwinds and percussion. On Saturday, Jarman was joined by Alex Cline and Henry Grimes.
