Named by the Los Angeles Times as one of the city’s top ten places that nourish the soul, the MAK Center at the Schindler House has been a Los Angeles gathering place for forward-thinking architects, artists, poets, musicians, dancers, filmmakers, writers, historians, art collectors, publishers, designers, radicals, and intellectuals since its completion in 1922.
