–Masks or face coverings are required. Masks (without valves, vents, or holes) must be worn over the nose and mouth at all times, by all visitors and staff. Children under 2 are exempt.
-We encourage all guests, staff, and volunteers to use the hand sanitizer stations accessible throughout the building frequently.

FULLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS
You are considered fully vaccinated if you are:
Two weeks after your second dose in a two-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines; OR
Two weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.
What counts as proof of vaccination? You must provide both:
Your vaccination card issued by the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (which includes the name of the person vaccinated, the type of vaccine provided and the date(s) dose(s) administered), or similar documentation issued by another foreign government agency, such as World Health Organization, a digital vaccine record, a legible photograph of the vaccination card, or documentation of a COVID-19 vaccination from a healthcare provider; AND
Your photo ID.
You may be exempt from demonstrating proof of COVID-19 vaccination if you are entitled to reasonable accommodation due to a medical condition, restriction, or a sincerely held religious belief. To be eligible for an exemption due to a medical condition or restriction, or a sincerely held religious belief, you may provide a verbal self-attestation. Those exempt will need to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within one day (24 hours) prior to visiting.
What counts as proof of a negative COVID-19 test? You must provide both:
An email or other written documentation (on your phone or printed out) that clearly shows:
The entity issuing the result (e.g. laboratory, healthcare entity, or telehealth service);
Your full name;
The date of the test is within 24 hours prior to your visit;
A negative result; AND
Your photo ID.
Both rapid and PCR tests are accepted. Un-proctored home tests will not be accepted.
Protecting the health and well-being of our staff and visitors is our top priority.
